By now, we've all heard the news, Paul Walker died in a car crash. While many will say that he was a great actor, I will say I have to disagree. He was a mediocre actor at best, but he was the face of something great, Fast and Furious! Yes, even the movies were a bit cheesy at times, but when it comes to car movies, there has been none more successful than this franchise. In this day and age, 6 releases is unheard of, and to still be a blockbuster? With number 7 in production? I'm not sure any series has ever seen this kind of success. Paul Walker was a major part of this, and he will be missed.
The driver, Roger Rodas, was an experienced race car driver. This should provide proof, reminding us, that the streets are not the place to push vehicles to their limits. Here, an experienced driver, in an industrial complex, manages to lose control at apparently a high rate of speed and cost both him and his passenger their lives. It's dangerous enough at the track, let's keep it off the streets and on the tracks.
